       Galvalume steel coil is an alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600℃. The whole structure is composed of aluminum - iron - silicon - zinc, forming a dense quadruple junction crystal of an alloy.

         Galvalume steel coil has many excellent characteristics: strong corrosion resistance, is 3 times of pure galvanized plate; The surface has beautiful zinc flowers, which can be used as ext erior panels of the building.

         Galvalume steel coil has good heat resistance, can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius, and aluminum plating steel resistance to high temper ature oxid ation is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and solar lampshades.

      Galvanized steel coil refers to the surface of metal, alloy or other materials coated with a layer of zinc to play the role of beautiful, rust prevention and other surface treatment technology. The main method used is hot dip galvanizing.
        Zinc dissolves easily in acids and also in alkalis, so it is called an amphoteric metal. Zinc changes little in dry air. In moist air, a dense basic zinc carbonate film forms on the surface of zinc. In sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and Marine atmosphere, zinc corrosion resistance is poor, especially in high temperature and high humidity atmosphere containing organic acid, zinc coating is easy to be corroded. The protective and decorative properties of zinc coating can be improved significantly after passivation treatment, dyeing or coating with light protection agent.
